Northern Star Mining Corp. was formerly known as Consolidated Maymac Petroleum Corporation and changed its name in 2003. The company was founded in 1971 and is headquartered in Val d'Or, Canada. As of August 18, 2010, Northern Star Mining Corp. is in reorganization.
