Endeavour International Corporation, an independent oil and gas company, engages in the acquisition, exploration, and development of energy reserves and resources in the United Kingdom North Sea and the United States onshore. It has interest in Alba field, the Bacchus field, and the Rochelle areas in the United Kingdom. The company also has interest in the Pennsylvania Marcellus area; Haynesville producing project areas in Louisiana; and in the Heath Shale oil play in Montana, the United States. In addition, it has leasehold and drilling rights to earn approximately 23,000 gross acres in the Niobrara play in northwest Colorado.
