Ckrush, Inc., incorporated in 1996, is an independent producer of entertainment and sports content for distribution to all media platforms. The Company produced the feature film comedies Beer League, starring Artie Lange and TV the Movie,' starring Steve O, Preston Lacy and Wee-Man. It also co-produced the feature film comedy National Lampoon's Pledge This, starring Paris Hilton. In addition, the Company produces programming for pay-per-view, video-on-demand, international markets, as well as, for retail and direct response sale. It produces televised sports events and holds promotional rights to professional boxers. The Company is a promoter of professional boxers, boxing events and other sports ventures. During the year ended December 31, 2005, Ckrush, Inc. substantially completed principal photography on two motion pictures. The Company produces content for film production with low production budgets that it can distribute to theatrical and ancillary markets, which include home video and pay and free television, both domestically and internationally. Ckrush, Inc. reviews scripts, looking for material primarily targeted to the teen and young adult audience. The Company develops selected scripts, working with talent agencies and producers to attract talent that appeals to the film's target audience. Some of the products that the Company releases are in digital versatile disc (DVD) format. The Company's sports entertainment segment includes the promotion of professional boxing events and professional boxers. Ckrush, Inc. typically acquires the rights to boxing athletes and packages those rights to television and cable networks, venues, sponsors and other promoters. As of December 31, 2005, it had promotional rights to several boxing athletes. The Company competes with Universal Pictures, Warner Bros., Twentieth Century Fox, Sony Pictures Entertainment, Paramount Pictures, The Walt Disney Company, Lions Gate Entertainment Corp, The Weinstein Company, Newmarket Films, Motion Picture Distribution LP and IFC Entertainment.
