Skins Inc., a development stage company, designs and develops footwear for men and women. This design allows consumers to purchase one inner section, the Bone, and various outer Skins, resulting in multiple style variations from the same pair of shoes. On August 14, 2009, Skins, Inc. filed a voluntary petition for liquidation under Chapter 7 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
