Trader Classified Media N.V. is a facilitator of transactions through its print and online classified advertising properties. The Company generates its revenues in all categories of classified advertising, including automobile, real estate, employment, boats and others. Trader Classified Media's properties include brand names, such as La Centrale in France, Segundamano and Infojobs in Spain, Auto Trader in Canada, Secondamano and Piu Case in Italy, Iz Ruk v Ruki in Russia and the CIS and Expressz in Hungary. During the year ended December 31, 2004, Trader Classified Media had 570 publications and 55 Websites in 20 countries, including Canada, France, Hungary, Italy, Russia and the CIS, and Spain and Latin America. In May 2004, the Company acquired 60% of InfoJobs, Spain's Internet job site (www.infojobs.net). In July 2004, the Company merged its Spanish and Latin American business with those of Anuntis, a Barcelona-based media group. The combined entity, owned 84% by Trader, with 170 publications and 13 Websites. Trader Classified Media acquired 70% of Oglasnik, a classified advertising business in Croatia. In November 2004, the Company acquired 100% of Primo Pentagono, a provider of classified advertising for real estate in Italy. In December 2004, the Company acquired 100% of Que Facil, a classified advertising publisher for real estate in Alicante, Spain. During such period, Trader Classified Media acquired 70% of e-List (www.elistcanada.com), an Internet real estate classified advertising business in Quebec, Canada. In March 2005, the Company exercised its option to acquire a controlling stake in Shou di Shou, a classified advertising business based in Beijing and Harbin, China, and specialized in real estate and jobs. It also acquired a classified advertising Website www.annuncigratuiti.it from Tiscali.
