It operates its night clubs under the brand names of PTs, The Penthouse Club, Diamond Cabaret, The Mens Club, Jaguars Gold Club, Roxys, Schieks Palace Royale, La Boheme Gentlemens Club, and Imperial Showgirls Gentlemens Club. As of March 12, 2010, the company owned and operated 20 nightclubs in Anaheim, Indianapolis, St. Louis, Denver, Colorado Springs, Ft. Worth, Dallas, Raleigh, Minneapolis, Louisville, Miami, and Portland. VCG Holding Corp. was founded in 1989 and is based in Lakewood, Colorado.
