ImageWorks engages in the manufacture and sale of diagnostic imaging products to dental, medical, and veterinary professionals worldwide. Its dental products principally include x-ray dental film processors, a line of processing chemistries, intraoral dental x-ray units, panoramic x-ray units, and intraoral video cameras, as well as EVA, a filmless digital dental imaging radiology sensor system that produces the diagnostic- images. The companys medical products primarily comprise digital and analog x-ray imaging equipment, and medical automatic film processors. ImageWorks veterinary products consist of veterinary digital and analog x-ray imaging systems for veterinary hospitals and clinics. It also offers NewTom Cone Beam 3D Imaging family of imaging products for mobile imaging centers, and for three-dimensional imaging. The company was formerly known as AFP Imaging Corporation and changed its name to ImageWorks in June 2010. ImageWorks was founded in 1978 and is based in Elmsford, New York.
