As of December 31, 2009, the companys fleet, together with vessels held in joint ventures, consisted of 66 vessels, including 7 subsea platform supply vessels, 9 multi-purpose service vessels, 5 large-capacity platform supply vessels, 5 large anchor handling towing and supply vessels, 30 offshore supply vessels, 3 crew boats, 5 trenching vessels, 1 multi-purpose platform supply vessel, and 1 line handling vessel. It operates primarily in the United States, North Sea, Mexico, the Asia Pacific Region, Brazil, West Africa, the Middle East, and the Mediterranean.
