In addition, it provides implementation, solution optimization and expansion, technical, and training services. Its software applications are offered to customers primarily on a subscription basis. It was formerly known as Recruitsoft, Inc. and changed its name to Taleo Corporation in March 2004. Taleo Corporation was incorporated in 1999 and is headquartered in Dublin, California.
